In September of 2015 I was offered a position at one of Stanford’s top Wellness Centers in Livermore called LifeStyleRX. I am proud to be part of Stanford’s Wellness team bringing the profound benefits of massage to you!
Research has shown that therapeutic massage techniques may be helpful for the following conditions:
-Stress, Anxiety, Depression: promotes relaxation response, enhances coping mechanisms in patients undergoing treatment for cancer, reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress disorders
-Pain control: fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica, headaches, childbirth
-Chronic lung disease: increases respiratory function and decreases anxiety
-Digestive: adjunctive therapy to treatment of chronic constipation
-Injuries: overuse and repetitive strain injuries, workplace and athletic trauma, whiplash
I have successfully worked with all types of injuries and patients of all ages. I also believe that during rehabilitation, the patient should be educated by their therapist in order to be able to maintain maximum flexibility and pain-free living long after our work ends.

Thank you for Visiting and have a great day.
